Marketplace Shipping Times:
When you order a Marketplace item, sellers ship items within two business days of the completed order. Shipping times for Marketplace items are as follows:
Standard Shipping:: 3 to 9 business days
Expedited Shipping:: 2 to 6 business days

Marketplace Shipping Charges
Marketplace shipping fees vary depending upon which type of product you purchase. The shipping fees are listed below and based upon shipment of a single item.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, at your expense, you may return any UNOPENED product(s), for a refund, as long as the product is sealed and untampered. The shipping & handling cost for the order is NOT refundable. Please note that there is also a 15% re-stocking fee on any returns. If you wish to cancel your order and do so before we have shipped your product, (shipment email notification with shipment identification number), there is only a 5% order cancellation processing fee
1.) The product(s) are unopened, unused and in resalable condition.
2.) Within 7 business days of when you received the product(s) you call and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization number).
3.) We receive the product(s) at our address on the CONTACT page with the RMA number placed on the outside of the returned package.
4.) You are responsible of any costs to ship the items to us.
5.) Include a copy of your invoice when returning your product(s). (You received this by email and/or had the opportunity to print it when you submitted your order.)
